I hope you see this at some point. I'm Rick Dulaney from Westat, perhaps you remember me. My eye happened to fall on your "business card" with blog address and I looked through it today -- what a wonderful journey you have been on. I have co-led a number of service trips through our church (St Columba's Episcopal in DC) but always to needy areas in the US as opposed to clear around the world.
Would love to hear what you've been up to since you returned -- are you planning to update your blog?
Westat hasn't changed much, the gym is still going great. I've started doing yoga, which is great for me even though I'm not very good -- happily I'm also not terribly competitive so that works out well.
